📋 Description

• Administer and develop the office network infrastructure, primarily MikroTik, with Ubiquiti deployed in several locations. • Reconfigure network segmentation across all office locations, optimize existing infrastructure, and eliminate bottlenecks. • Design and implement high-availability solutions for network equipment and WAN connectivity. • Deploy network monitoring systems and introduce services to simplify network administration. • Maintain and update the corporate Wiki, network diagrams for major office locations, and the organization's IP address space through IPAM. • Remotely prepare and configure network equipment for new office openings. • Work closely with Internet service providers and the team responsible for the data center network core. • Diagnose and resolve incidents related to network infrastructure and associated services.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring, routing, and troubleshooting MikroTik RouterOS environments. • Solid understanding of configuring and managing UniFi and Edge product lines. • In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, the OSI model, routing, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and NAT. • Practical experience designing and supporting high-availability environments, including link redundancy and load balancing. • Solid experience with Ubuntu Linux, including network service configuration and basic server administration. • Experience with IP address management solutions such as NetBox, phpIPAM, or similar. • Experience maintaining network documentation and diagrams using Confluence, Notion, draw.io, Visio, or similar tools. • Experience deploying, configuring, and customizing monitoring platforms such as Zabbix, Prometheus/Grafana, Nagios, or equivalent solutions. • English — B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher. • Ability to communicate effectively in written English with external vendors and colleagues. • Ability to work independently, take a structured approach to problem-solving, and maintain well-organized infrastructure and documentation. • Excellent written and verbal Russian is essential for this role. • Experience with IP telephony, including Asterisk administration and configuration (nice to have). • Relevant certifications such as MTCNA, MTCRE, CCNA, or equivalent (nice to have). • Understanding of FortiGate architecture and operation (nice to have). • Basic automation skills using Bash, Python, or Ansible (nice to have).
