📋 Description

• Assist in conducting primary research in Vietnamese • Translate reports, articles, and database documents from Vietnamese into English • Attend client calls • Support the consultant during client calls by helping answer questions using information gathered during primary research • Convert Vietnamese documents into slides and templates shared by the consultant • Support the consultant in reviewing AI-translated documents from English to Vietnamese • Work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in market research, business research, consulting, or a related field • Fluency in written and spoken Vietnamese • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English • Business Vietnamese proficiency for documentation translation • Ability to conduct primary research and/or support primary research by translating English to Vietnamese and vice versa • Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies • Experience in data analysis, report writing, and presentation development is good to have, not mandatory • Experience in Chemicals, Mining, or Inorganic Chemicals is an added advantage, not mandatory • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are good to have, not mandatory • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Experience with research databases and analytical tools is an advantage • Based in Vietnam or Southeast Asia • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Willing to start right away
