📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery with prospects and customers to understand requirements, existing systems, IT constraints, and integration needs • Recommend maintainable architectures integrating Full Fabric with CRMs, student information systems, identity providers, and other institutional platforms • Partner with Sales on technical evaluations, architecture discussions, demonstrations, feasibility assessments, and technical or security questions • Analyze technical discovery and evaluation calls using AI conversation intelligence solutions • Help resolve selected complex technical blockers involving SAML SSO, identity providers, OAuth/OIDC, API authentication, DNS, TLS certificates, and permissions • Reproduce failures, test requests, examine responses or logs, and identify configuration, integration-design, or product-defect causes • Configure and maintain AI-assisted support for technical topics • Demonstrate REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication using Postman or cURL • Guide customer IT and implementation teams through technical decisions, configuration, and validation • Create technical guidance, architecture diagrams, API examples, and troubleshooting playbooks • Share recurring technical friction with Product and Engineering • Maintain accurate technical knowledge for internal AI solutions • Coordinate escalations without owning routine support, support SLAs, bespoke integrations, deployments, or implementation projects

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS, such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Implementation Engineer • Ideally, prior software engineering or integration background • Hands-on fluency with REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, webhooks, and API authentication • Ability to test and debug requests with Postman, cURL, or similar tools • Practical understanding of SAML 2.0, SSO, identity providers, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, DNS, and HTTPS/TLS • Good architectural judgment across SaaS platforms, integration patterns, system boundaries, data flows, and security considerations • Ability to independently investigate technical problems and determine when to advise, resolve, or escalate • Strong communication and consultative skills, including confidence engaging senior IT stakeholders • Excellent written and spoken English • Organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholder needs • Experience using AI solutions to improve technical workflows, including maintaining knowledge sources for AI-assisted support or analyzing customer conversations • Understanding of related security and data protection considerations • Desirable: experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or student information systems, particularly in higher education • Desirable: familiarity with SQL, data mapping, scripting, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft Entra ID, or Okta • Desirable: experience with AI-enabled SaaS products, LLM APIs, or related security and governance considerations
