📋 Description

• Support and enhance the reliability, availability, and resilience of environments and applications by applying SRE, observability, automation, and infrastructure engineering practices. • Serve as a technical reference in the investigation and resolution of critical incidents, leading root cause analyses and supporting the definition of preventive and corrective actions. • Monitor and improve service reliability, availability, and performance indicators using SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets. • Develop and improve observability strategies with effective metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerts. • Support, troubleshoot, and enhance infrastructure, cloud, and Kubernetes environments. • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve the architecture and capacity of environments, supporting high-availability, Disaster Recovery, and service continuity initiatives. • Automate operational activities, diagnostics, and recurring procedures. • Participate in technical reviews, postmortems, and continuous improvement initiatives, sharing SRE best practices and contributing to the teams’ operational maturity.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed or ongoing degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. • Solid experience with Linux environments. • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Experience administering Kubernetes environments. • Experience troubleshooting mission-critical environments. • Advanced knowledge of networking, DNS, load balancing, and infrastructure. • Experience with observability and monitoring. • Experience with incident management and root cause analysis. • Experience automating operations using Python, Shell scripting, or PowerShell. • Experience implementing SRE practices.
