📋 Description

• Develop and execute change management and training strategies for SAP implementation, transformation, and rollout initiatives • Lead organizational change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and site readiness evaluations • Design and deliver instructor-led sessions, virtual training, workshops, and digital learning materials • Develop user guides, training documentation, communication materials, and knowledge-transfer resources • Coordinate site adoption activities for local business teams preparing for system deployment and process changes • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, local change champions, super users, and business representatives • Monitor training effectiveness, user engagement, adoption metrics, and organizational readiness throughout the project lifecycle • Support go-live preparation, hypercare activities, and post-implementation adoption initiatives • Identify resistance to change, address adoption challenges, and implement continuous improvement measures • Lead workstreams at the client side and support large projects

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), Training, or Business Adoption roles within large-scale IT or business transformation projects • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness assessment • Experience developing and delivering training strategies, learning materials, and end-user training programs • Hands-on experience coordinating site readiness, user adoption, and change management activities across multiple business locations • Familiarity with SAP implementations, enterprise applications, or digital transformation programs • Experience managing change communication, stakeholder alignment, and business engagement initiatives • Knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar methodologies • Ability to measure training effectiveness, monitor adoption KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement • Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams • Role based in Japan and able to travel to Yamagata upon client request • Ability to bridge global English-speaking business and potentially Japanese-speaking local operations
