📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain data models, views, and analytical datasets within SAP Datasphere • Build and optimize graphical views, SQL views, analytical models, and data transformations for reporting and analytics • Develop and maintain data flows, replication flows, and integration processes across SAP and non-SAP systems • Implement semantic modeling concepts, including business entities, relationships, measures, and dimensions • Integrate SAP Datasphere with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other enterprise data sources • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data solutions with solution architects and functional teams • Optimize data models, queries, and data-processing workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability • Troubleshoot data integration, transformation, data-quality, and model-performance issues • Support unit testing, system integration testing, technical documentation, deployment activities, and ongoing enhancements • Lead the workstream at the client side and potentially lead large projects in the future • Travel to Yamagata upon client requests

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere, particularly data modeling, development, and integration • Proven experience developing graphical views, SQL views, analytical models, and data transformations within SAP Datasphere • Solid understanding of SAP Datasphere Data Builder, Business Builder, and semantic modeling concepts • Strong knowledge of SQL, SAP HANA, and relational data modeling principles • Experience with data integration techniques, including data replication, virtualization, and transformation • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and their integration with SAP Datasphere • Understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and enterprise data architectures • Experience troubleshooting data processing issues, optimizing query performance, and ensuring data quality • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and functional teams • Ability to work remotely from Japan and travel to Yamagata upon client request • Ability to bridge English-speaking global business and potentially Japanese-speaking local operations
