📋 Description

• Analyze business requirements and design end-to-end transportation management processes within SAP TM • Configure and optimize SAP TM solutions for transportation planning, freight management, and execution • Support freight order management, transportation scheduling, carrier selection, and freight settlement • Ensure integration between SAP TM and SD, MM, and EWM • Identify process gaps, troubleshoot issues, and develop functional solutions • Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align solution designs • Support testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities • Collaborate with functional and technical teams on SAP TM implementation • Prepare and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and configuration documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM), including configuration and implementation • Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end transportation and logistics processes • Strong understanding of transportation planning, freight order management, carrier selection, and freight execution • Experience with freight settlement and transportation cost management processes • Good understanding of integration between SAP TM and SAP SD, MM, and EWM • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or rollout projects • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional solutions • Experience conducting workshops, preparing functional specifications, and supporting testing and deployment activities • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills • Fluent English
