📋 Description

• Lead IT projects within the Data Domain from initiation through delivery • Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies • Coordinate activities across Data, IT, business teams, and external vendors • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions • Drive assessment of the current data landscape, including data access, ownership, and contextualization • Support definition of data models, metadata management processes, and governance frameworks • Coordinate integration activities across MES, laboratory systems, analytics platforms, and enterprise applications • Identify project risks and blockers and drive mitigation actions • Ensure alignment between technical delivery, business requirements, and regulatory expectations • Support rollout planning and adoption of new data management capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing Data, Analytics, Data Platform, Data Governance, and Data Transformation projects end-to-end in complex global organizations • Hands-on project management experience including requirements gathering, integration delivery, testing, vendor coordination, and deployment activities • Experience leading cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Data Architects, Business Analysts, Reporting teams, and Business stakeholders • Strong knowledge of data governance, metadata management, data quality, data ownership, and regulatory/compliance requirements • Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery of data transformation initiatives, including roadmap planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and change management • Experience working with integrations involving manufacturing, laboratory, and analytics platforms • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (GxP) is a must • Delivery mindset
