📋 Description

• Develop custom applications in Salesforce • Integrate various systems • Work on Salesforce implementation projects • Design, implement, and manage Salesforce packages • Follow best practices for co-development environments, code versioning, sharing, and management • Produce comments and documentation using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket • Follow Agile methodologies, including Scrum-based development and project lifecycles • Perform manual testing, peer/self-review, create exhaustive test cases, and document handoffs to BA/QA • Confer with project managers, lead developers, and business analysts to obtain project requirements and specifications • Keep skills current with changes to relevant platforms and technologies • Identify areas for improvement in existing programs and develop modifications • Own tasks from start to finish and drive tickets to completion

🎯 Requirements

• Salesforce Developer Certification • Strong experience with APEX development • Strong experience with Lightning Development • Experience with Salesforce DX • Experience with Agile processes • Experience with CI/CD • Good English communication skills • Flexibility to work from 12:30 pm to 9 pm local time to overlap with US hours • Comfortable with a mandatory camera-on policy for all internal and client meetings • Comfortable using macOS as the primary workstation, or willing to learn it quickly • Comfortable using AI tools • Open to qualified candidates worldwide
