📋 Description

• Projektowanie architektury systemów oraz rozwiązań wspierających proces AI SDLC we współpracy z zespołami inżynierskimi • Tworzenie i rozwijanie rozwiązań przy pomocy narzędzi i technik Generative AI usprawniających Delivery, w szczególności proces wytwarzania oprogramowania • Doradzanie klientowi w zakresie doboru rozwiązań chmurowych z uwzględnieniem bezpieczeństwa, kosztów, wydajności i skalowalności • Współpraca z interesariuszami technicznymi i biznesowymi • Doradztwo technologiczne i architektoniczne przy projektowaniu rozwiązań AI, z uwzględnieniem kosztów, ryzyk i wartości biznesowej • Uwzględnianie możliwości AI przy projektowaniu architektury i podejmowaniu decyzji technologicznych • Wspieranie adopcji narzędzi AI w zespole i procesie • Reprezentowanie Future Processing jako ekspert i konsultant techniczny w kontakcie z klientami • Wykorzystywanie AI w codziennej pracy — od analizy i projektowania, przez wytwarzanie kodu, code review i testy, aż po wdrażanie oprogramowania

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT • Minimum 1 year of experience as a tech lead or solutions architect • Broad knowledge of .NET • Practical AWS knowledge, including architecture design, service selection, cost considerations, and security • Experience developing software within an automated, AI-assisted SDLC covering development, testing, and CI/CD • Commercial practical experience with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and popular MCP tools • Experience designing and implementing AI-based systems, including RAG, semantic search, AI workflows, and single- and multi-agent AI systems • Very good knowledge of autonomous AI agent design and systems capable of autonomous software development, including task orchestration, quality control, validation, and decision-making within the SDLC • Knowledge of application and systems architecture • Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business value • Ability to communicate fluently with technical and non-technical audiences • High interpersonal and leadership skills • English language at C1 level • Openness to business travel and client delegations

🏖️ Benefits

• 140 - 210 zł/h netto + VAT (B2B) • 17,000 - 25,400 zł brutto (UoP)
