📋 Description
• Answer calls in a professional manner according to the Interpreter's code of conduct. • Be prepared to take notes during a call. • Be aware of specific vocabulary in the healthcare and medical industry. • Render all messages accurately and completely, without adding or omitting any information. • Provide high-level customer service during interpreting sessions. • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and clients by rendering accurate interpretation. • Attend internal professional training and strive for new certifications. • Communicate and report to team leader regularly.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in Albanian and English. • High-speed and secure internet connection. • Minimum download speed of 20 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps. • Computer with Windows 10, dual core processor (minimum Intel Core i5), and 8 GB RAM minimum. • Use of a single device for work (computer or laptop), no external devices like smartphones or tablets. • Noise cancelling wired headset with built-in microphone (no wireless headsets).
