📋 Description

• Answer calls in a professional manner, acting according to the Interpreter's code of conduct. • Rendering all messages accurately and completely, without adding, omitting, or substituting. • Provide the highest level of customer service during interpreting. • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and Client by rendering accurate interpretation of the message. • Go into internal professional training. • Communicate and report to your team leader.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be fluent in Algerian Arabic and English. • Familiarity with healthcare and medical vocabulary. • Technical requirements for the home office (high-speed internet, specific computer specifications). • Able to comply with dress code requirements for video remote interpreting. • Be prepared to take notes during calls. • Eager to get new professional certifications.
