• Answer calls in a professional manner. • Take notes during a call. • Provide the highest level of customer service during interpreting. • Go into internal professional training. • Communicate and report to your team leader. • Comply with dress code requirements for video remote interpreting.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for different languages and interpretation. • Professional remote interpreters. • Act according to the Interpreter's code of conduct. • Be aware of specific vocabulary, especially in healthcare and medical fields. • Rendering all messages accurately, without adding or omitting information. • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and Client.
