📋 Description

• Answer calls in a professional manner, ensuring accurate communication between non-English and English speakers. • Provide high-level customer service during interpreting sessions. • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients by rendering accurate interpretations. • Take notes during calls and maintain awareness of specific vocabulary in the industry. • Comply with technical requirements for remote work, including proper equipment and internet connection.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional remote interpreter with proficiency in Danish and English. • Knowledge of specific vocabulary in healthcare and medical fields. • Ability to provide accurate interpretation without adding, omitting, or substituting messages. • Compliance with the Interpreter's code of conduct. • Willingness to undergo internal professional training and pursue new certifications. • Must have a dedicated high-speed secured internet connection with specified speeds (20 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload). • Computer systems meeting minimum requirements (Windows 10, dual core processor, 8 GB RAM). • Noise cancelling wired headset with built-in microphone required.
