⢠Provide accurate communication between non-English and English speakers during calls. ⢠Answer calls in a professional manner. ⢠Take notes during calls as needed. ⢠Render all messages accurately and completely. ⢠Provide the highest level of customer service during interpretation. ⢠Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and clients.
đŻ Requirements
⢠German and English bilingual proficiency. ⢠Ability to adhere to the Interpreter's code of conduct. ⢠Knowledge of specific vocabulary in healthcare and medical fields. ⢠Willingness to go into internal professional training. ⢠Eagerness to obtain new professional certifications. ⢠Compliance with technical requirements for a home office setup.
