📋 Description

• Answer calls in a professional manner. • Be prepared to take notes during a call. • Render all messages accurately and completely. • Provide high-quality customer service during interpreting. • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and Client.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional remote interpreters. • Knowledge of specific vocabulary within the healthcare and medical field. • Technical requirements for a home office including dedicated high-speed internet and minimum computer specifications. • Use of noise-canceling, wired headset with a built-in microphone.
