📋 Description

• Answer calls in a professional manner, following the Interpreter's code of conduct. • Be prepared to take notes during a call. • Rendering messages accurately and completely. • Provide high customer service during interpreting. • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and Client. • Go into internal professional training. • Communicate and report to your team leader. • Comply with dress code requirements for video remote interpreting.

• Passion for languages and interpretation • Must be a professional remote interpreter • Familiarity with specific vocabulary related to healthcare and medical • Must comply with technical requirements for remote work • Eager to get new professional certifications.
