📋 Description

• Answer calls in a professional manner, acting according to the Interpreter's code of conduct. • Be prepared to take notes during a call. • Rendering all messages accurately and completely, without adding, omitting, or substituting. • Provide the highest level of customer service during interpreting. • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient clients and the service provided.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional remote interpreters. • Fluent in Russian and English. • Familiarity with healthcare and medical vocabulary. • Comply with dress code requirements for video remote interpreting. • Dedicated high-speed internet connection. • Minimum computer system requirements as listed in the job posting.
