📋 Description

• Answer calls in a professional manner. • Be prepared to take notes during a call. • Render messages accurately and completely, without modifications. • Provide high customer service during interpreting sessions. • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients. • Participate in internal professional training and pursue new certifications. • Comply with dress code requirements for video remote interpreting. • Communicate and report to the team leader.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional remote interpreters needed who are passionate about languages and interpretation. • Familiarity with the specific vocabulary of the healthcare and medical industry. • Ability to comply with the Interpreter's code of conduct. • Must have a dedicated high-speed, private, and secured internet connection. • Minimum of 20 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed required. • Must have a computer with Windows 10 or superior, dual core, 2 GHZ processor, and 8 GB RAM minimum. • Must use a wired internet connection (Wi-Fi is not allowed). • Must have a noise cancelling, wired headset with a built-in microphone (no wireless/Bluetooth headphones).
