📋 Description

• Answer calls in a professional manner, acting according to the Interpreter's code of conduct. • Be always prepared to take notes during a call. • Rendering all messages accurately and completely, without adding, omitting, or substituting. • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and Client by rendering accurate and complete interpretation of the message. • Go into internal professional training.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be fluent in German and English. • Technical requirements: internet connection, computing hardware (Windows 10, dual-core processor, 8 GB RAM), wired internet, specific headphones. • Experience as Over-the-Phone Interpreters (OPI) /Video Remote Interpreters (VRI) is preferred.
