📋 Description

• Answer calls in a professional manner. • Be prepared to take notes during a call. • Render all messages accurately and completely. • Provide the highest level of customer service during interpreting. • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and Client. • Participate in internal professional training. • Obtain new professional certifications as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional remote interpreters needed. • Must have knowledge in healthcare and medical vocabulary. • Must provide accurate and complete interpretation. • Must comply with dress code requirements for video remote interpreting. • Technical requirements include high-speed internet connection, Windows 10, dual-core processor, and 8GB RAM minimum. • Must use noise cancelling, wired headset with a built-in microphone (no wireless/Bluetooth headphones).
