⢠Answer calls in a professional manner during interpretation sessions. ⢠Render all messages accurately and completely without adding or omitting. ⢠Provide the highest level of customer service. ⢠Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient clients and service providers. ⢠Report to team leader and comply with dress code requirements for video remote interpreting.
đŻ Requirements
⢠Professional remote interpreters needed for German to English interpretation. ⢠Ability to comply with Interpreter's code of conduct. ⢠Knowledge of specific vocabulary in healthcare and medical fields. ⢠Must pass internal professional training and obtain new certifications as needed. ⢠Dedicated high-speed, private internet connection. ⢠Minimum download speed 20 Mbps and upload speed 10 Mbps. ⢠Computer with minimum Windows 10 and 8 GB RAM.
