📋 Description

• Answer calls in a professional manner. • Take notes during a call. • Render all messages accurately and completely. • Provide the highest level of customer service during interpreting. • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and Client.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional remote interpreters who are passionate about different languages and interpretation. • Be aware of the specific vocabulary of the industry (healthcare and medical). • Technical requirements: dedicated high-speed internet connection and minimum system specifications. • Use a noise cancelling, wired headset with a built-in microphone.
