📋 Description
• Answer calls in a professional manner according to the Interpreter's code of conduct. • Be prepared to take notes during calls. • Be aware of specific vocabulary related to healthcare and medical fields. • Provide accurate and complete interpretation of messages without adding, omitting, or substituting. • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient clients and customers by rendering accurate interpretation. • Participate in internal professional training and obtain new certifications. • Comply with dress code requirements for video remote interpreting.
🎯 Requirements
• Professional remote interpreters who are passionate about different languages and interpretation. • Must have a dedicated high-speed, private, and secured internet connection. • Minimum download speed of 20 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps. • Systems must include at least Windows 10 and computers with dual-core, 2 GHZ processor (like Intel Core i5 or superior). • 8 GB RAM minimum. • Noise cancelling, wired headset with a built-in microphone required (no wireless/Bluetooth headphones).
