📋 Description
• Provide accurate communication between non-English and English speakers during calls. • Answer calls in a professional manner. • Render all messages accurately without adding or omitting information. • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and Client. • Go into internal professional training and get new certifications.
🎯 Requirements
• Professional remote interpreters for English-Albanian OPI/VRI Interpreters. • Familiarity with the specific vocabulary of the healthcare and medical industry. • Compliance with the Interpreter's code of conduct. • Documentation of professional certifications is required.
