📋 Description

• Answer calls in a professional manner, according to the Interpreter's code of conduct. • Be always prepared to take notes during a call. • Render messages accurately and completely, without adding, omitting, or substituting. • Provide the highest level of customer service during interpreting. • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and Client by rendering accurate interpretation. • Comply with company standards and internal training.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional remote interpreters (OPI/VRI). • Familiar with healthcare and medical vocabulary. • Comply with dress code requirements for video remote interpreting. • High-speed, private, and secured internet connection. • Minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps. • Minimum Windows 10 operating system on a computer with dual-core, 2 GHZ processor. • 8 GB RAM minimum. • Noise cancelling, wired headset with built-in microphone (no wireless/Bluetooth).
