📋 Description

• Answer calls in a professional manner, acting according to the Interpreter's code of conduct. • Be prepared to take notes during a call. • Render all messages accurately and completely, without adding, omitting, or substituting. • Provide the highest level of customer service during interpreting. • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and client by rendering accurate and complete interpretation of the message. • Comply with dress code requirements for video remote interpreting.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Polish and English languages. • Ability to handle phone calls in a professional manner. • Familiarity with healthcare and medical vocabulary. • Eager to obtain new professional certifications. • Compliance with technical and equipment requirements (e.g., high-speed internet, dedicated computer, wired headset).
