📋 Description
• Answer calls in a professional manner, acting according to the Interpreter's code of conduct. • Take notes during a call. • Render messages accurately without adding, omitting, or substituting. • Provide high-level customer service during interpreting. • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and Client by rendering accurate interpretation of messages. • Comply with dress code requirements for video remote interpreting. • Engage in internal professional training.
🎯 Requirements
• Passion for different languages and interpretation. • Certification as an Over-the-Phone Interpreters (OPI) /Video Remote Interpreters (VRI). • Knowledge of healthcare and medical vocabulary. • Technical compliance with computer and internet specifications. • Noise cancelling wired headset with a microphone.
