📋 Description

• Answer calls in a professional manner, acting according to the Interpreter's code of conduct. • Be always prepared to take notes during a call. • Rendering all messages accurately and completely, without adding, omitting, or substituting. • Provide the highest level of customer service during interpreting. • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and Client by rendering accurate and complete interpretation of the message. • Attend internal professional training.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Russian and English. • Knowledge of specific vocabulary in healthcare and medical fields. • Must comply with technical requirements for remote work (e.g., high-speed internet, specific equipment). • Eager to obtain new professional certifications. • Must follow dress code for video remote interpreting. • Ability to take notes during calls. • Must provide accurate and complete interpretations.
