• Answer calls in a professional manner. • Take notes during calls. • Render all messages accurately and completely. • Provide high level of customer service. • Facilitate communication between clients and Limited English Proficient individuals. • Comply with dress code requirements for video remote interpreting.

• Passionate about languages and interpretation. • Professional remote interpreting skills. • Familiarity with healthcare and medical vocabulary. • Ability to provide accurate and complete interpretation. • Willingness to undergo internal professional training. • Eager to obtain new professional certifications.
