📋 Description

• Answer calls in a professional manner following the Interpreter's code of conduct. • Prepare to take notes during a call. • Render messages accurately without adding or omitting content. • Provide excellent customer service during interpreting sessions. • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and Clients. • Participate in internal professional training and obtain certifications.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in both Slovak and English. • Proficiency in Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI). • Knowledge of video remote interpreting (VRI). • Familiarity with healthcare and medical vocabulary. • Technical requirements for home office setup (specified network and hardware requirements).
