📋 Description
• Answer calls in a professional manner, according to the Interpreter's code of conduct. • Take notes during a call. • Render all messages accurately and completely, without adding, omitting, or substituting. • Provide the highest level of customer service during interpreting. • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and Client by rendering accurate and complete interpretation of the message. • Participate in internal professional training and pursue new professional certifications.
🎯 Requirements
• Professional OPI/VRI Interpreters • Be aware of specific vocabulary of healthcare and medical industry • Comply with dress code requirements for video remote interpreting • Technical requirements: high-speed internet connection, appropriate computer systems and equipment, noise-cancelling wired headset.
