📋 Description

• Answer calls in a professional manner, adhering to the interpreter's code of conduct. • Be prepared to take notes during calls. • Accurately render messages without adding or omitting. • Provide the highest level of customer service during interpreting. • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and the Client, ensuring accurate interpretation.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional remote interpreters for OPI/VRI role. • Familiarity with industry-specific vocabulary (healthcare and medical). • Must comply with technical requirements for remote work. • Use high-quality, dedicated internet connection. • Wired Internet and required operational systems are essential. • Must have noise cancelling, wired headset with built-in microphone.
