📋 Description

• Answer calls in a professional manner • Act according to the Interpreter's code of conduct • Rendering all messages accurately and completely • Provide the highest level of customer service during interpreting • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and Client • Go into internal professional training • Communicate and report to your team leader

🎯 Requirements

• Passionate about different languages and interpretation • Professional remote interpreters • Be always prepared to take notes during a call • Be aware of the specific vocabulary of the healthcare and medical industry • Comply with dress code requirements for video remote interpreting • Minimum Windows 10 operating system • Dual core, 2 GHZ processor or superior • Minimum 8 GB RAM memory • Single device (computer or laptop) • Use a noise cancelling, wired headset with a built-in microphone
