📋 Description

• Answer calls in a professional manner, acting according to the Interpreter's code of conduct. • Be prepared to take notes during a call. • Render all messages accurately and completely. • Provide the highest level of customer service during interpreting. • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and Client by rendering accurate and complete interpretation of the message. • Go into internal professional training and comply with the dress code requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a remote interpreter. • Strong command of Swedish and English. • Knowledge of specific vocabulary in healthcare and medical fields. • Technical proficiency with computer systems and internet requirements. • Must comply with dress code requirements for video remote interpreting. • Eagerness to acquire new professional certifications.
