📋 Description

• Support identification, assessment, and management of incidents, breaches, and remediation activities • Gather information and review incident assessments • Analyse root causes and support assessment of impacts on members, the Fund, and financial outcomes • Assist with reviewing remediation proposals • Track agreed actions and ensure matters are documented and followed through • Work with internal teams and service providers to identify recurring issues, emerging risks, and opportunities to improve controls and processes • Contribute to incident reporting and governance activities • Help deliver fair, timely, and well-documented remediation outcomes for members • Work with senior Fund Operations colleagues and internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in superannuation, particularly understanding Trustee obligations, with exposure to incidents, errors, breaches, remediation, or operational risk • Understanding of how errors or process failures can affect members, financial outcomes, and Trustee obligations • Experience investigating issues, gathering information, identifying root causes, and tracking corrective actions • Strong analytical, organisational, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to interpret information, identify inconsistencies, and maintain clear and accurate records • Comfortable working with administrators, insurers, service providers, and internal stakeholders • RG146, or willingness to undertake relevant training where required • Belief in Future Group’s mission and passion for moving Australia’s money out of fossil fuels into renewable energy • Passion for using money to build a sustainable and equitable world • Nice-to-haves: experience supporting incident, breach, or remediation assessments; exposure to superannuation legislation, APRA, or ASIC requirements; experience with risk registers, governance reporting, root cause analysis, or control improvement
