📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end development and execution of the Mentorship Program • Develop and manage the program roadmap, including community-building initiatives, educational courses, and mentor programs • Define and track KPIs and continuously improve program outcomes • Collaborate with developers and product teams on acquisition touchpoints, user journey improvements, and platform features • Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure timely delivery • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting the project • Collaborate with marketing teams on customer acquisition campaigns • Work with email marketing teams to promote the program throughout the merchant lifecycle • Ensure timely delivery of courses, live events, and other campaign content • Monitor e-commerce and print-on-demand trends to maintain relevant content • Liaise with Growth and other teams to integrate the program with broader company initiatives • Act as the primary point of contact for the program

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Project Manager or Product Manager, preferably with a focus on marketing or growth • Strong technical knowledge and experience working with developers and technical teams • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment • Previous experience in e-commerce, print-on-demand, or marketing is a plus • Proactive, self-starter attitude with ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion • Passion for empowering and supporting entrepreneurs or sellers • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus • Resume must be submitted in English
