📋 Description

• Monitor and review data entry in legal systems, ensuring information integrity and standardization • Control procedural deadlines and guide teams regarding discrepancies or inconsistencies in records • Monitor the execution of the Legal Operations team’s internal workflows, recommending improvements to management and standardization where necessary • Provide technical support to other legal teams regarding questions related to structure, deadlines, or procedural controls • Support department management in developing and reviewing the company’s legal manuals and protocols • Support management during periodic internal audits to verify the quality of information entered into systems • Drive excellence in the management and governance of legal information, ensuring standardization, technical quality, and data integrity • Control, review, and qualify legal information and processes, ensuring compliance with operational and strategic workflows, supporting decision-making, and promoting continuous improvement of the department’s processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Experience or basic knowledge of legal operations, case management, and data governance preferred • Familiarity with performance indicators and legal reporting • Knowledge of standards and operational workflows within the legal department • Basic Excel skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Analytical mindset and critical thinking focused on continuous improvement • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Commitment to deadlines and high-quality deliverables • Experience with information governance and compliance is a plus • Participation in legal process optimization projects is a plus • Familiarity with legal systems (CPJ) and management tools is a plus • Quick learner with strong communication skills
