📋 Description
• Consistently deliver a high level of customer service and traveller satisfaction • Provide leadership for travellers and be responsible for their well-being • Continually increase knowledge about the visited country and its culture • Maintain a valid passport and visa • Act as day-to-day guide and manager of the group • Make reservations for accommodation, transportation, and activities as required
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience living, travelling, studying or working abroad is an essential requirement • Good command of the English language is mandatory • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Good head on shoulders, able to remain calm and collected under unpredictable and stressful circumstances • Commitment to environmentally and culturally responsible tourism • Good health and high energy level for daily stresses of long and tiring days • First Aid/CPR Certification required at start of contract • Experience working with budgets or developing a personal budget is an asset • Computer literacy required
