📋 Description

• Support and gradually take ownership of AI-related projects across both internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and overseas partners • Contribute to the development and execution of AI-based solutions • Manage schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on project status • Maintain close communication with team members to track progress, challenges, and team dynamics • Identify team challenges and continuously improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on project management experience • Business-level English (able to handle meetings in English) • Native-level Japanese or equivalent (JLPT N1 or above) • Knowledge or experience in AI-related projects • Experience with Agile development • Offshore development experience • Experience in client-facing or contract-based projects • Certifications such as Scrum Master, PMP, or equivalent
