📋 Description

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage MSAs, SOWs, amendments and change orders, NDAs, teaming agreements, software/SaaS/technology agreements, vendor and subcontractor agreements, and state, local, and commercial healthcare-related services agreements • Lead contract negotiations with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and business partners • Analyze contractual risks and develop practical risk-mitigation strategies • Interpret contract provisions and advise internal legal, contracts, and business stakeholders on rights, obligations, and compliance requirements • Collaborate with U.S.-based contract managers, attorneys, and business leaders to resolve legal, commercial, operational, and compliance issues • Support proposal, bid, and procurement activities, including contract reviews for RFPs and government healthcare opportunities • Manage contracts for compliance with corporate policies, applicable laws, healthcare regulations, privacy requirements, and contracting standards • Maintain accurate contract records in contract lifecycle management systems • Track contractual obligations, deliverables, renewals, notices, and expiration dates • Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract processes and risk management • Operate as an individual contributor with high ownership for contract strategy, compliance, and enterprise risk management • Collaborate with legal, procurement, HR, and business leaders • Influence enterprise contract governance, compliance frameworks, and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred • 15-18 years of experience in contracts management, legal operations, or related fields • Strong knowledge of US contract law, regulatory compliance, and risk management principles • Ability to independently assess, review, negotiate, and manage complex agreements and influence senior stakeholders • Experience identifying, interpreting, and summarizing contractual terms and explaining legal and business implications to non-legal stakeholders • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills • Experience analyzing and summarizing complex contracts with minimal supervision • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including communication with U.S.-based executives and legal professionals • Ability to manage multiple priorities and demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment • Preferred: experience supporting U.S. healthcare, healthcare technology, managed care, health plan, or Medicaid-related contracts • Preferred: familiarity with healthcare privacy, data security, compliance, and regulatory requirements • Preferred: experience supporting U.S. state government contracts, healthcare procurements, or large-scale outsourcing agreements • Preferred: experience within a multinational or global organization supporting U.S.-based operations • Proven contract drafting, review, and negotiation capabilities • Independent contract interpretation and issue spotting • Executive-level communication skills • Business acumen and commercial judgment • Risk assessment and mitigation
