📋 Description

• Develop and maintain key features for Dungeon Rampage and its fan base • Work across the Dungeon Rampage codebase, including backend and frontend • Develop and maintain features using ActionScript, C++, C#, and/or PHP • Plan and execute tasks with strong initiative • Clearly communicate ticket progress with team members • Regularly contribute to team meetings and rituals • Speak up and improve company culture where possible • Work with an experienced mentor and managerial resources throughout the program

🎯 Requirements

• Current student, recent graduate approximately one year out of university, or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience in the discipline; academic or demonstrable personal projects acceptable • Strong Computer Science fundamentals • Enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a university Computer Science program or equivalent program • Experience working in a game engine such as Unity, Unreal, or Godot; hobbyist and academic projects acceptable • Experience using version control software such as Git or Perforce • Self-motivated and willing to work in multiple areas of game development • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Fluent in English • Willing to work according to US time zones and available 8am–3pm Pacific Time • Strong, stable internet connection conducive to remote work and video calls • Able to start work no later than January 12, 2027 • Able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with preference for 40 hours • Passion for games and entertainment • Links to relevant portfolios or showable game projects encouraged • Candidates must live and work in Latin America
