📋 Description

• Join Gamebreaking Studios’ Internal Games Team • Work on Dungeon Rampage or other potential internal game projects • Deliver and maintain key features for the company’s engaged fan base • Develop and maintain features using ActionScript, C++, C#, and/or PHP • Work across backend and frontend areas of the Dungeon Rampage codebase • Plan and execute tasks with strong initiative • Clearly communicate ticket progress with other team members • Regularly contribute to team meetings and rituals • Speak up and improve company culture where possible

🎯 Requirements

• Current student, recent graduate approximately one year out of university, or equivalent experience • No prior work experience required • Able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, preferably 40 hours • Able to start no later than January 12th, 2027 • Passion for games and entertainment • 2+ years of experience in your discipline; academic or demonstrable personal projects acceptable • Strong Computer Science fundamentals • Enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a university Computer Science program or equivalent program • Experience with a game engine such as Unity, Unreal, or Godot; hobbyist and academic projects acceptable • Experience using version control software such as Git or Perforce • Self-motivated and willing to work in multiple areas of game development • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Fluent in English • Willing to work according to US time zones and available 8am–3pm Pacific Time • Strong, stable internet connection conducive to remote work and video calls • Worked on a code base with 3 or more engineers preferred as a plus • Experience with Unreal Engine or C++ preferred as a plus • Showable game projects or portfolio preferred as a plus
