📋 Description

• Lead and guide the internal UI/UX team • Own UI/UX design end-to-end for mobile games, from concept to final production assets • Work closely with product, engineering, and game design to turn concepts into production-ready assets • Manage multiple projects in parallel while maintaining quality and attention to detail • Build efficient processes for cross-team collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as a UI/UX Design Lead in mobile game development • Strong UI/UX fundamentals (visual, interaction, information architecture); able to design mobile interfaces from scratch • Figma and Photoshop required; Unity a plus • Strong 2D art/illustration and icon design skills • Good eye for using animation and effects in interfaces • Fluent in Russian and Englis
