📋 Description

• Design and execute growth experiments to increase qualified lead generation across outbound, landing pages and product-led acquisition • Create landing pages, acquisition tools, automated workflows and onboarding journeys • Set up funnel tracking, analyze conversion and lead quality, and communicate learnings • Turn successful experiments into repeatable approaches and compounding growth loops • Architect and implement end-to-end systems for lead capture, enrichment, qualification, scoring and follow-up • Own the marketing-to-sales-to-customer-success handoff • Set up and manage CRM integrations, workflow automation, analytics and reporting • Use APIs, webhooks and practical code to connect growth systems • Troubleshoot and improve workflows while maintaining ongoing reliability and usability • Learn unfamiliar platforms independently

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional experience in growth, technical marketing, marketing automation or engineering-led growth • Professional AI or Web3 experience, including building or growing an AI/Web3 product, implementing substantive AI workflows professionally, or delivering AI systems for clients • Demonstrated ability to personally implement systems, integrations, automation, data flows and troubleshooting • Commercial and analytical judgment connecting work to lead quality, conversion and sales outcomes • Ability to work effectively in English • Clear communication in a remote team • Ability to learn new tools quickly and take ownership beyond initial launch • Experience with or ability to work with tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, PostHog, GA4 or AI APIs • Python, JavaScript and SQL can be useful
