📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Group’s technology infrastructure across Latin America and the Caribbean • Own infrastructure roadmaps covering network, compute, storage, cloud, collaboration, endpoint, and connectivity • Orchestrate a multi-country delivery model with cluster and station IT teams • Drive program and portfolio management for infrastructure initiatives • Co-own the Cybersecurity Program with the Cybersecurity Manager • Build and execute a 24-month rolling Infrastructure Strategy and Roadmap • Establish portfolio management cadence and chair monthly Infrastructure Portfolio Reviews • Own the Group/Cluster/Station infrastructure operating model, including RACI, standards, SLAs, and escalation paths • Drive infrastructure cost optimization • Act as overall program owner for network, WAN/SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, datacenter/server virtualization, M365/endpoint modernization, backup/DR, cloud migration, and connectivity initiatives • Institutionalize PMO discipline and standardize project artifacts • Ensure high availability and performance across network, servers, storage, voice/data, collaboration, and site connectivity • Define and monitor SLA targets and publish monthly scorecards • Maintain DR/BCP readiness through tested runbooks, RPO/RTO targets, and recovery exercises • Execute the cybersecurity roadmap, including hardening, identity and access, endpoint protection, patching, vulnerability management, email security, logging/SIEM, and awareness • Ensure stations implement required cybersecurity controls and track remediation • Maintain secure firewall, remote-access, and network-segmentation configurations • Own identity, endpoint management, device governance, infrastructure standards, and lifecycle plans • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, vendor licensing, data protection, and regulatory requirements • Lead sourcing and performance management for ISPs, telcos, hardware, software, MSPs, and OEMs • Own infrastructure OPEX/CAPEX budgets, forecasts, variance reporting, and total-cost reduction • Lead and develop Cluster IT Managers, IT Coordinators, and Field Support • Build succession pipelines, coach performance, and foster a high-accountability culture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory) • Formal project management training required (e.g., PMP/Prince2, or equivalent) • ITIL v4 Foundation preferred • Cloud/network/security certifications are a plus (e.g., CCNP, Azure/AWS associate, Fortinet/Palo Alto) • 12+ years of progressive IT experience • Ideally experience within multi-country operations in aviation, travel services, or food and beverage manufacturing/retail • 8+ years leading complex infrastructure programs/projects • Proven success managing distributed teams and vendors across multiple countries and cultures • Ability to deliver to SLAs and budgets • Regular domestic and international travel across GCG locations in Latin America and the Caribbean
