• Independently run infrastructure deployment and change projects from intake through hand-over to operations and formal closure • Set up projects in Jira, break work into tasks, and build realistic schedules accounting for dependencies • Identify critical paths and key risks at project kick-off • Orchestrate linked tasks across architecture, procurement, on-site installation, repair/replacement, logistics, and operations teams • Make operational decisions within project authority and escalate budget, priority, and interdepartmental conflicts • Estimate project costs by NRC / MRC and component, drive approvals, and reconcile planned versus actual budget at closure • Brief Infrastructure Architects and contribute to discussions on bill of materials, rack layout, power, and network • Brief Procurement and Logistics teams, track requests, purchase orders, deliveries, ETAs, and risks • Coordinate vendor and contractor responsibility boundaries using RACI • Coordinate data-center installation windows, timelines, quality, and acceptance discrepancies • Run hand-over to Server Operations and Network Operations, including documentation, configurations, monitoring onboarding, and acceptance testing • Manage risks, stakeholders, and scope changes; assess impact on timeline and budget and record changes in Jira • Maintain Jira status hygiene and report Kanban flow metrics including Customer Lead Time, System Lead Time, P85, and Aging WIP • Improve IPM processes and templates, including RACI, readiness checklists, documentation standards, and status criteria
• Minimum 2 years in project management in infrastructure, data centres, telecom, or IT operations • Readiness to run a project without step-by-step support is a hard requirement • Solid understanding of server and network hardware and how a data center works: racks, PDUs, power and cooling, basic network topology (switches, cross-connects, IP addressing) • Experience with Jira or an equivalent tracker at project-administration level, including linking tasks across projects and working with workflows and fields • A high degree of personal ownership and autonomy • Ability to work with ambiguity and to run several projects in parallel • English at B2 or above, sufficient for correspondence and negotiation with international partners and vendors • Documentation written in English • Strong communication skills to convey complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience with flow-based management (Kanban) and Lead Time, Throughput, and WIP metrics is nice to have • Experience in multi-vendor / multi-partner projects with a formal RACI is nice to have • Experience with budget estimation for infrastructure projects (NRC / MRC, colocation, leased lines) is nice to have • Project management certification (PMP, Kanban Management Professional, or similar) is nice to have • Experience working in a distributed international team is nice to have
