📋 Description

• Provide faculty supervision for students’ clinical training and documentation • Facilitate required synchronous group supervision • Support Counselors-in-Training in meeting established hour requirements, including individual supervision and direct client contact • Ensure compliance with program and applicable state licensure expectations • Commit to 44 weeks of instruction on either Mondays or Thursdays • Conduct a weekly Zoom call from 4:00–5:30 p.m. Arizona time • Take students from Practicum through Internship I and Internship II for a total of 44 weeks

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree in Counselor Education • Independent licensure in counseling or a closely related field (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCPC, or equivalent) • OR Master’s in degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or related counseling degree AND 5 years work experience as an Independent Licensed Counselor • Relevant training for in-person and/or distance counseling supervision • Relevant training in the technology utilized for supervision • Maintain an active membership in a recognized counseling association • Evidence of experience in counseling advocacy, research or other scholarly work, at least two years of clinical practice, or counselor education • Unofficial transcripts for applicable conferred graduate degrees • Applicable licenses/certifications
