📋 Description
• 拟订医药产品推广计划和方案 • 提供客户服务，向医务人员传递医药产品相关信息 • 协助医务人员合理使用本企业医药产品 • 收集、反馈药品临床使用情况及医院需求信息 • 以合法、合规的形式开展学术推广活动 • 在医疗机构与医务人员和药事人员沟通 • 组织并参加当地学术交流会议、学术会议及讲座 • 通过互联网或电话会议沟通 • 在适用法规允许及预算范围内执行医药产品推广计划和方案 • 保持市场及公司之间的双向沟通，树立公司及产品品牌形象 • 支持投标、价格策略及医保等相关工作 • 根据公司总体方针实施推广计划及策略 • 建立及保持商业网络及客户关系 • 协助直属经理搜集所需推广信息 • 完成直属经理安排的其他相关工作
🎯 Requirements
• 本科以上学历，主修医学，药学或相关专业 • 二年或以上的医药推广经验 • 基本的英语沟通能力 • 具有商业灵敏度，客户第一，以结果为导向 • 优秀的沟通、交流和协调能力 • 具备较好的沟通和谈判能力
