📋 Description

• Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies • Achieve the best contractual conditions while ensuring internal customer satisfaction • Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services • Utilize industry trends to inform decision-making • Define supplier strategy, including management and optimization of supplier panels • Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers • Negotiate terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement • Manage claims • Perform commercial sourcing management, including data analysis and negotiation support • Potentially perform purchasing activities • Manage medium to large teams, including direct reports and second-line reports • Lead functional teams or projects with moderate to high resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity • Present business solutions to functional-area leaders • Influence peers and negotiate internally and with external partners, vendors, or customers • Influence budgets, policies, and operating guidelines • Lead others to find creative solutions to complex problems • Evaluate information quality and question conflicting data • Use internal and external resources across functions to support decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Sourcing Management at high level and exposure • Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED Group(s)/Function(s)) • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Proficiency in English is essential • Experience in the Aerospace sector is considered desirable
